Main Objectives of the Association
Cultural Promotion
Foster the understanding, dissemination, and preservation of Arab culture in Spain. Organize diverse cultural activities—such as workshops, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, film screenings, musical events, and literary programs—to promote Spanish–Arab cultural exchange. Support research and outreach initiatives related to Arab historical and artistic heritage.
Academic Support for Arab Students
Facilitate the academic integration of Arab students into Spanish educational institutions and universities. Provide guidance on academic procedures, including credential recognition, scholarship opportunities, and postgraduate and doctoral programs. Establish cooperation agreements with universities and educational institutions to enhance academic inclusion.
Training and Development
Offer training courses and workshops in languages, academic skills, digital competencies, research methodologies, and related fields. Organize specialized seminars for students, researchers, and professionals.
Mediation and Social Integration
Promote intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between the Arab community and Spanish society. Support initiatives that help newly arrived Arab students integrate socially and culturally. Provide guidance on cultural adaptation, housing, volunteer opportunities, and civic engagement.
International Cooperation
Develop collaborative networks with cultural institutions, universities, and organizations in both the Arab world and Spain. Promote mobility programs, academic exchanges, and educational cooperation projects.
Social Support and Practical Guidance
Offer assistance with essential administrative procedures, such as registration, residency processes, and academic documentation. Establish mentoring programs connecting established Arab students with newcomers.
Research and Publications
Encourage studies, reports, and publications addressing cultural, educational, and social issues related to the Arab world. Promote the participation of Arab researchers in conferences, academic forums, and scientific activities in Spain.
